Key Responsibilities
- Support retail marketing, including setting up store displays and promotional materials
- Help with product launches, in-store events, and promotions
- Create simple digital content and assist with social media activities, including working with influencers, content creators
- Track digital results (like engagement and reach) and help prepare basic reports
- Look for market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to find new opportunities
- Help communicate with PR agencies, media, and event partners
- Occasional travel to company locations will be required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or final-year student)
- Native-level proficiency in Spanish and fluent in English
- Good understanding of marketing campaigns, retail activation, and digital marketing
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools (social media platforms, reporting tools)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, proactive, and hands-on
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or trade marketing (internships or junior roles acceptable) is a plus
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is an advantage as well
