About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Specialist to support our logistics, warehouse and business operations through accurate data entry and reliable system maintenance.

In this role, you will work with product, client, order and logistics-related data in systems such as Excel, Directo and other internal tools. You will help ensure that information is accurate, up to date and easy to access for the teams involved in order processing, warehouse operations, purchasing, sales and logistics.

This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who enjoys working with data, documents and systems, and who understands how important accurate information is for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update and maintain product, client, order and logistics-related data in Excel, Directo and internal systems
Check data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, correcting errors where needed
Support order and logistics administration by maintaining accurate order, delivery and product information
Fill in and process business client data forms and related documentation
Maintain and archive documents required for daily logistics and business workflows
Assist with reports, summaries and analytical overviews based on order, product, client or logistics data
Communicate with Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing and other internal teams to clarify missing or inconsistent information
Support improvements to data entry, document handling and reporting processes
Handle company data, client information and sensitive business information confidentially

Qualifications

Previous experience in data entry, logistics administration, order processing, business administration or a similar role is an advantage
Experience with Excel, ERP systems, Directo or other business management systems is beneficial
Proficient with computer skills and ability to work with digital tools
Experience working with product, client, order, warehouse or logistics data is an advantage
Fluency in English and Estonian both written and spoken (minimum C1 level); additional languages are beneficial
Strong attention to detail
Interest in the beauty industry or experience in retail, e-commerce, or back-office operations is beneficial
